To open the conversation around mental illness, and spread hope through creative strategies. Suicide prevention is at the heart of what we do.
Meet becky
Becky is a freelance artist sharing her experiences and recovery from PTSD, CPTSD, Depression, and Anxiety.
After facing multiple traumatic experiences, giving up seemed to be the only way out for some time.

Now, she’s backpacking around the world, and creating art on the move to share one important message with you: that sticking around is very much worth it.
