A daily check list to aid mental health. Sometimes we all need a bit of a reminder to get the day-to-day- stuff done- especially when it's tough. So, here's a resource to make it a little more fun while looking after your mental health! These are downloadable files, that you can print each and every day if you'd like, and come in varying colours to match your room and shake it up a bit (you'll get all the colours in one purchase.) Colour in, scribble over and doodle on each tile you accomplish in the day. At the end, count how many you get, write up your score and see if you can beat it next time! This is not a test, your goal doesn't have to be 'get them all' as lots of people would find this hard- instead, be kind to yourself and just use it to give yourself a boost. Celebrate each and every thing you accomplish- because that's one step in the right direction. You're doing great. I hope this helps!
